The spruce, characterised by a regular pyramid-shaped crown even up to 7.4 m in diameter, grows surrounded by forest on the left bank of the Peršokšna River. This place of interest can be reached from the road Januliškis - Švenčionėliai, or the Peršokšna educational trail from Januliškis forest district. Peršokšna spruce has been declared a natural heritage site since 2005. Trunk circumference - 1.63 m, tree height - 31 m, age - about 80 years.
